Hi, I’m Kendra. Founder of ClarVia Benefit Group, licensed insurance broker, and someone who’s been on both sides of the table: helping families through tough transitions, and living it firsthand with my own.

I grew up in Park City, Utah, and started working at 15 years old—bussing tables, serving, working banquets, bartending. I’ve always been a hard worker, and I’ve done it all. That background in hospitality taught me how to care for people, meet them where they are, and show up with heart.

In 2012, I moved to Las Vegas and eventually built a life with my partner and our two beautiful daughters. Everything changed when my dad got sick. He was struggling with kidney failure and didn’t qualify for Medicaid, even though he only made $1,800/month. I became his caregiver, navigating Medicare, dialysis, hospital stays, home care denials, and eventually hospice. He passed away in December, 2024, and it was the most painful experience of my life.

Now, I help other families plan ahead—with Medicare, life insurance, home care, and funeral planning—so they don’t have to go through what I did, unprepared and overwhelmed.
